National Geographic Awardwinning photographer and artist René Dissel created an exclusive collection especially for the Lo van Gorp album “The Works”. Inspired by the archetypes of Carl Jung, René came up with 13 original pieces. Each one represents an albumtrack, and it includes the coverart and a collage of all the 13 pieces.
During the concerts, the artwork will be projected behind the band on a big silverscreen.
The music of Lo’s masterpiece The Works sounds the best on vinyl. This vinyl album comes with a fine booklet with lyrics, credits, and above all, the beautiful artwork of awardwinning photographer and artist René Dissel.
The Works tells stories we all know, we all interact with all kinds of people. All of those experiences, and therefore the storytelling, is inspired by the theory of archetypes by Carl Jung.
