The Works and True Friends, Dutch premium recording artist Lo van Gorp and his "True Friends Band". A blend of Westcoast, Yachtrock, influenced by the sounds of Steely Dan, Michael McDonald, Richard Page, The Eagles, Crosby, Stills & Nash, inspired by the sound of the seventies.

The Works tells the story of the journey of life, interacting with all kinds of people. All of these experiences were inspired and created by Carl Jung’s archetype theory in mind. We all meet the same types of archetypal people. We are a Carl Jung archetype ourselves, or maybe even a combination of more than just one.

True Friends is a collaboration of a bunch of Dutch premium musicians, lead by producer Patrick Drabe. During a period of time they composed and recorded several original pieces, beautifully performed by Lo van Gorp and his True Friends Band.

The Works is composed, produced and initiated by producer and guitarist Patrick Drabe
